WHAT IS A COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST & LIFE COACH?

And, how can I help you create long-term change?

My mission as Life Coach (with a specialty certification in Mindfulness), Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and Meditation Coach is to aid you in clarifying your goals, identifying and working through the obstacles holding you back (including past trauma and emotional pain), and then work together to come up with strategies for overcoming these obstacles. In creating these strategies, we target and work within your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, we design and achieve long-lasting change. We all deserve to have our lives together, but sometimes we need a helping hand. I’m your girl.

All sessions are done via Zoom. Each session is one-hour in length. Sessions can be booked here.
