When was the last time you gave yourself a mental and emotional boost? Every once in a while, we need to reset and bring ourselves back to center. Feeding yourself positive affirmations allows you to elevate your mood, find a sense of peace, and shift your perspective to help you keep your life together, girl! The Get Your Life Together, Girl mini bi-monthly reset is here to help you reset and remember who you are.
Find a comfortable position and take a full deep breath. There are times when our well-being takes a backseat to all the doing in our life, to our thought process, and our emotional health and stability. When we nurture chaos in our thoughts, in our emotions, and our actions, we let our well-being become disrupted too. So let today be the day that you bring yourself back to balance, back to center, and know that your true nature is one of centered peace. Remember that with every breakdown comes a breakthrough.

There is a time for everything. And this is the time that I intentionally turn my focus on me. I recognize that I live in a world where stress, unhealthy habits, and ignoring my spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being has become a way of life for many. A way of life that does not serve me. I choose to be different. I choose to lean into my well-being and know that I have the power to be in balance regardless of the world around me. I choose more for myself. I choose inner peace. I choose healing. I choose me.
Take a full deep breath and let it go.
From now on, I intentionally release anything that does not serve me. I do so to welcome what is best, and all that can be from this intentional choice.

I am becoming the very picture of vitality. I intend to remain in this state of supreme being so that I can thrive and serve my purpose. I choose health—in all manners—over destruction every minute of every hour. Mindfully, I move my body, mind, and soul back into blissful harmony so that I may experience the beauty of my life.
I deserve well-being. I honor it. I choose it. And I know I am worthy of it.
From now on, I am focused on my thoughts being in harmony with this understanding. I am focused on my emotional well-being. I am focused on doing everything through the lens of self-love, strength, and service.
I know that my well-being impacts others. Therefore, I intend to be an example. I intend to thrive.
I AM
I am…Two of the most powerful words in any language. Words that direct our emotions and thoughts into movements that support us.
I am energy.
I am balance.
I am vitality and strength.
I am healthy.
I am sacredly doing what is best for me.
I am guarding my physical care and health.
I am focused on my emotional wealth.
I am free of any disease, whether physical, emotional, or mental, and am free of dis-ease.
I am in harmony with myself, with my inner being, and with the world at large.
I am a priority.
I am my first why.
I am mindful of a life regimen that supports my greatest care.
Anytime you need a moment to come back to center. Repeat these words and lean into your truth; the truth that you are well-being and at the center of well-being is you.
